Mrs. Shikha Dadha is a certified diamond grader (IGI Mumbai) with an advanced Gem & Jewellery certification from NIFT India, bringing over 15 years of experience across jewellery design, entrepreneurship, and business strategy to Aurya Diamonds. Recognised as a Rising Star of 2025 by Ladies Who Lead, Shikha's leadership extends beyond the jewellery world; she serves as President of Karnataka for Boccia India and Joint Secretary of the Boccia India Paralympic Committee, championing inclusion and excellence both within business and beyond.
