The Scheme is a voluntary advance purchase programme under which Customers make advance payments towards the future purchase of Eligible Jewellery from Aurya Diamonds. The Scheme does not constitute a deposit, investment product, banking service or financial product.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Scheme Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
“Aurya Diamonds” means the entity operating the participating Aurya Diamonds retail store and administering the applicable Scheme.
“Bonus” means an amount equivalent to two (2) monthly Instalments, which is made available to the Customer by Aurya Diamonds under the Aurya Elevate Plan upon the Customer successfully completing all ten (10) Instalments and satisfying all applicable eligibility conditions under these Scheme Terms.
“Booking Amount” means the initial amount payable by the Customer at the time of enrolment under the Aurya GoldShield Plan, which shall be adjusted against the final purchase price in accordance with these Scheme Terms.
“Customer” means an individual who has enrolled under the applicable Scheme.
“Due Date” means the date specified by Aurya Diamonds for payment of each Instalment under the Aurya Elevate Plan.
“Eligible Jewellery” means such gold and/or diamond jewellery as may be designated by Aurya Diamonds for purchase under the applicable Scheme and excludes gold coins, bullion, silver articles, platinum jewellery and such other products as may be expressly excluded under these Scheme Terms.
“Gold Rate” means the prevailing retail gold rate quoted by Aurya Diamonds for the applicable purity of gold at the participating store on the relevant date of payment or Redemption, as applicable.
“Instalment” means each monthly contribution payable by the Customer under the Aurya Elevate Plan.
“Participating Store” means the Aurya Diamonds retail outlet at which the Customer enrols under the Scheme or such other Aurya Diamonds retail outlet as may subsequently be designated by Aurya Diamonds for the purposes of Redemption.
“Redemption” means the adjustment of the accumulated value available under the applicable Scheme towards the purchase price of Eligible Jewellery in accordance with these Scheme Terms.
“Scheme” means the Aurya Elevate Plan and/or the Aurya GoldShield Plan, as applicable.
“Validity Period” means the period specified under the applicable Scheme during which the Customer is entitled to complete Redemption.
2. Interpretation
Unless the context otherwise requires:
Complete the enrolment process with valid KYC documents. Choose a monthly contribution starting from Rs. 2,000 up to Rs. 10,000.
Pay your chosen monthly instalment on or before the due date for 10 consecutive months.
After successful completion of all 10 instalments, receive the benefit of 2 additional Bonus months.
Redeem the accumulated value, including the bonus, against eligible gold or diamond jewellery.
Gold jewellery is billed at the prevailing Gold Rate on the Redemption date, while diamond jewellery is billed at the applicable selling price.
Complete the enrolment process with valid KYC documents and make the booking payment as specified by Aurya Diamonds.
Each payment is converted into its equivalent gold value based on the prevailing Gold Rate on the payment date.
Continue making payments during the plan period while securing the applicable Gold Rate on every payment.
Complete your gold jewellery purchase within 12 months from the date of Booking. The protected Gold Rate shall apply only if the purchase is completed within the first 6 months from the date of Booking, in accordance with the Scheme Terms.
Redeem your accumulated value against eligible gold jewellery. Any additional quantity will be billed at the prevailing Gold Rate.
These Scheme Terms shall be read together with Aurya Diamonds’ Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other applicable policies available on its website. In the event of any inconsistency relating specifically to the operation of the Scheme, these Scheme Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
Complete 10 monthly instalments to receive the benefit of 2 bonus months.
The minimum contribution is Rs. 2,000, and the maximum contribution is Rs. 10,000 per month.
Instalments must be paid on or before the due date to remain eligible for bonus benefits.
Late or missed payments may result in the loss of bonus benefits. Reinstatement is subject to management approval.
The accumulated value, including the bonus, can be redeemed only against eligible gold or diamond jewellery.
Gold coins, silver products, platinum jewellery and similar categories are excluded.
Gold jewellery is billed at the prevailing Gold Rate on the Redemption date. Diamond jewellery is billed at the applicable selling price. GST, making charges, stone charges, hallmarking charges and all other applicable taxes, duties and charges shall be payable separately by the Customer unless expressly stated otherwise under the applicable Scheme.
The accumulated amount cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account.
Valid government-approved identity proof is mandatory during enrolment and Redemption.
Customers may close the plan before maturity. Bonus benefits will not apply. A 6-month lock-in period is applicable. Upon early closure, the amounts contributed by the Customer shall remain available for adjustment against the purchase of Eligible Jewellery in accordance with these Terms; however, the Customer shall cease to be eligible for any Bonus or promotional benefit under the Scheme.
The plan is non-transferable.
Every payment secures its equivalent gold value based on the prevailing Gold Rate on the payment date.
The minimum Booking Amount is determined by Aurya Diamonds during enrolment.
The protected Gold Rate remains valid for 6 months from the date of enrolment.
The GoldShield Plan applies only to eligible gold & diamond jewellery purchases.
Gold coins, silver products, bullion and wastage charges are excluded unless approved by Aurya Diamonds.
The protected rate applies only to the gold quantity corresponding to the accumulated payments. Additional quantity will be billed at the prevailing Gold Rate.
The Booking Amount is adjustable against the final purchase but is non-refundable.
The purchase must be completed within the validity period. After expiry, the protected rate will lapse.
Valid government-approved identity proof is mandatory during enrolment and Redemption.
The GoldShield Plan cannot be combined with selected promotional offers unless approved by Aurya Diamonds.
Aurya Diamonds may modify, suspend or discontinue the Scheme prospectively by publishing updated Scheme Terms.
The Aurya Elevate Plan is a gold-saving scheme that allows customers to pay monthly instalments for ten months and receive two bonus months, which can be redeemed against eligible gold or diamond jewellery.
The Aurya GoldShield Plan allows customers to secure the prevailing Gold Rate through scheduled payments. The value of each payment is converted into its gold equivalent at the rate applicable on the payment date.
Customers can begin with a monthly contribution of Rs. 2,000. The maximum monthly contribution allowed is Rs. 10,000.
No. The GoldShield Plan applies only to eligible gold jewellery purchases.
No. The plan is valid for eligible gold and diamond jewellery. Gold coins, silver products, bullion and similar purchases are excluded unless specified by the store.
Delayed or missed payments may result in the loss of bonus benefits under the Aurya Elevate Plan. Any reinstatement is subject to management approval.
Yes. Valid identity proof is required during enrolment as well as Redemption for both savings plans. Aurya Diamonds reserves the right to suspend enrolment, refuse Redemption or terminate participation in the Scheme where any KYC information, document or declaration furnished by the Customer is found to be false, misleading, fraudulent or incomplete, or where required under applicable law. Aurya Diamonds may require the Customer to produce such additional documents or information as may reasonably be required for identity verification, regulatory compliance or processing of Redemption.
No. The accumulated amount cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account. Redemption is available only through Eligible Jewellery purchases.
If you do not complete your purchase within 12 months from the date of Booking, your GoldShield booking shall lapse, and the benefits available under the Scheme, including the protected Gold Rate, shall no longer be available.
The protected Gold Rate is available only if you complete your purchase within the first 6 months from the date of Booking. Purchases completed thereafter shall be subject to the terms of the Scheme.
No. The Aurya Elevate Plan is non-transferable. Transfer requests are not permitted. However, in the event of the Customer’s death, the benefits available under the Scheme may be claimed by the Customer’s legal heir or nominee upon production of such documents as Aurya Diamonds may reasonably require, including proof of identity and entitlement.
